1) Make sure that all required FRBP documents are provided to the Trustee’s office before the scheduled 341 hearing.
2) Make sure that all of your client’s bank statements have the both the name of your client and the banking institution.
3) Provide the Trustee’s office with either a Zillow estimate or a professional appraisal of the value of your client’s real property.
4.) If your client is asserting co-ownership in property provide the trustee with supporting documentation such as deed, title. or vehicle registration.
